We have 107 employees. CIO/CEO/COO in the elevator laughed at BHO extending Obamacare to 2016 for companies with 50-99 people. CEO said, "we need to fire 8 people I guess to delay this abomination for a year".

The purpose behind this directive is so that Obama and Obamacare won’t look bad.
Just flip this around and you get what is really intended -
companies will be penalized for SAYING that they fired people because of Obamacare.
