President Obama "quipped" today during a visit to Monticello with the French president, "That's the good thing as a President, I can do whatever I want."

At 4:45 POTUS and president Hollande walked out from a portico and strolled in Front of your pool with Leslie Bowman, president of the Monticello Foundation. Looking at a terrace she said that Jefferson loved to admire the landscape from there. POTUS said that he'd like to take a look and seemed delighted to "break the protocol". "That's the good thing as a President, I can do whatever I want" he quipped, walking to the terrace with his guest and Ms. Bowman. Pool now in the mansion as the leaders will come and visit Jefferson's study.
The comment came around the time the White House announced it would be delaying the Obamacare mandate for some businesses unilaterally.
The French president is here in the U.S. on a state visit.

They admired contraptions invented by Jefferson to read and write more efficiently such as a lectern and a "polygraph". Hollande noticed that one of the books was written in French.

Just yesterday, the President delayed implementation of Obamacare’s employer mandate for certain companies that meet certain conditions the administration suddenly made up. The law, of course, specifically orders those companies to provide coverage beginning this year.
Last year, Obama had pushed back the deadline for all employers from 2014 to 2015.
The administration has also waived work requirements in a congressionally-passed welfare program.
When Congress declined (repeatedly) to pass the DREAM Act, the administration cited “prosecutorial discretion” when it instructed federal officials to stop enforcing federal immigration law against a certain group of people.
In 2012, the Department of Justice announced that it would stop enforcing the Defense of Marriage Act or defending it from legal challenge, rather than asking lawmakers to repeal the law.
The Department of Education offered waivers to large parts of the No Child Left Behind law, replacing them with Common Core standards that haven’t been passed by Congress.
During his State of the Union address, Obama promised to use executive orders to go around Congress when he wants to.

Howie, I want you to be right with the slap right upside your noggin prediction. With the Senate in his pocket, he looks to be unstoppable. It’s up to conservative citizens to rise up; I don’t know if they have the heart for that. If not, the O-man rules and we will pay, big time, IMO.

Boehner cares nothing for the Honor of the United States of America because he did not bring Articles of Impeachment on B. Hussein Obama for Dereliction of Duty by the Commander in Chief before, during and after the 2012 Benghazi Murders.

BTW, yesterday I visited my sorry Rino Rep’s. local office and had the secretary there send him a letter: 1.) Impeach Obama; 2.) Insist that Boehner Resign; and 3.) Support Trey Gowdy for Speaker of the House.
I’ll let you know if he responds to my letter.
Don’t be shy about making your demands known to y’alls Reps., after all we pay their salaries and perks.
