Every Swiss home has a rifle and no one says a work. It's a very conservative family....

Switzerland has a very low crime rate because they don’t allow a lot of foreigners to immigrate. IIRC, a very large portion of the murders are committed by foreigners, too.

My brother went Euro tripping with his college buds 3 years ago and he couldn’t forget while in Switzerland at a local grocery store (Lidl), the customers in line were carrying..hard not to notice. In the US, the clerk would have freaked out and called 911.

So your observations would make perfect sense, if they don’t have Democrats in Switzerland.

Every citizen is a member of the militia and should be REQUIRED to carry at all times when not inside your own house. Just as the 2nd amendment states, all it citizens are to be well regulated. This means annual or bi-annual training at the range provided by and paid for by the taxpayers, for every citizen. Look up the definition of the word “regulated” IAW how it was meant to be interpreted back in the 18th century.

Switzerland has mandatory military service, and does NOT have a round-the-clock media waiting to do the blood dance whenever there is a shooting.

To be sure, they have their own version of liberal traitors, but the majority of the people understand their own history, their culture, and their traditions, and they love and cherish those things.

They’re a single, unified culture and don’t have the same intentionally-created problems that we have.

It’s a BIG DEAL here because we are in the process of being dumbed down and conditioned.

I teach handgun and rifle instruction to people; you’d be amazed at how many folks have NO idea that this is a genuine Constitutional right and not a “privilege”.

On the positive side, young folks are VERY enthusiastic about learning, and they positively light up when they realize they DO have a right to own and carry and defend themselves.

We can “revolutionize” the young too. You just have to DO it.
