Uncle Ben’s Mexican infused rice

Maybe they need to cut back on the amount of Mexicans.

I like UB’s original mix. I infuse the rice with Minnesota wild and a cup of Basmati, then stir in the little packet of secret seasoning.

It is the packet of “secret seasoning “that I am suspicious of.

For long term all I have is the white. Sealed in mylar with desiccant and diamataceous earth. I've heard the brown rice doesn't last very long. Not sure about the flavored rices. This might be something for your short term rotation.

It's related to the fat content...brown rice has more fat.
