I'm going to have to disagree with Rush here. I don't think Obama just assumed the minutia would all work out. Obama wants it to break. He is implementing the Cloward–Piven strategy right in front of our eyes with the intent to break our country reform it into a socialist “utopia”.

I agree. The fact that the democrats have suddenly adopted this line that people shouldn’t have to work is an indication that they’re trying to push things over the edge before the next election.

The idiots who are busy celebrating their freedom from working are going to be really surprised when their oh so benevolent government shows up with trucks to round up able bodied workers for various projects.

"If you won't work with me, I'm gonna use executive order to move forward on my agenda."

The AGENDA is planned and intended chaos !
and if you wait for government to fix it, you will have already found yourself in a third-world bananna republic .
