It's outrageous to think a Supreme Court justice doesn't know the definition of criminal.
Breaking a law means you are committing a crime.
Those that commit crimes are called criminals.

Sotomayor is (1) ineligible to serve on the Supreme Court of the United States due to her appointment by a person not eligible to the Office of the president and (2) is subject t impeachment for violation/s of her oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States; e.g. use of her office to support violations of immigraton and voter laws.
