Will Manning get a second ring? Will Wilson get his first ring? This is the first time in a long time that number one seeds in each conference meet. And quite awhile since top offense met top defense. Manning does not get sacked much because he gets rid of the ball so quickly. He has awesome weapons. But keep in mind -- the closest I have to a team is the hapless San Diego Chargers and the Chargers actually beat Manning in Denver. Russell Wilson would say, "Why not us?"

Hi Doug! Long time no read.

Got to go with the better defensive team.

Depends on the condition of the field. If the footing is good, then the Seahawks corners will be able to challenge Manning’s accurate passing game.

Look for the Seahawks to work some read option into their offence as well.

Russell Wilson is religious and seems to be conservative. This is the first Cannabis Bowl. There are getting high in Washington and Colorado as we speak.

(Since this story today is even bigger than Bieber, Kerry sellout of Israel, and Obama's executive orders, perhaps the Mods will leave it here in breaking news)

That is a matter of opinion.

Who cares? Super bowl games never meet the hype.

“Denver 24 Seattle 23”

Well with the Tin Foil crowd in cyberland spreading a false flag warning of a inside job terror attack in the form of poison gas released in the stadium with blocked exits, to be followed by a new one world government, as George Carlin used to say, I wouldn’t sweat the score.

The addition of Percy Harvin changes the dynamics of the game. Harvin is the superstar receiver the Seahawks have lacked most of the season.

The big question about Harvin is not his innate ability. It’s how well he will mesh with the team when he hasn’t been healthy enough to play more than a few downs with the team all season. It’s a team sport.

The Seahawks were already superior to the Broncos on special teams and defense. If Harvin juices the offense as much as he is capable of then the Seahawks offense will be too much for the Broncos as well.

My guess is that Harvin will be at full strength personally, and mesh well with the team. If he does, look for a Seahawks blow out.

(Yes, I’m a Seahawks fan... Go Hawks!)

Of course it is not the most important story. Obama always is. But for just today, it is the focus of much of the world.

According to the NFL, FOX’s broadcast will reach 198 countries and territories in more than 25 languages. Media from 24 countries will provide on-site coverage, and more than 100 stations are broadcasting live from Radio Row at the Super Bowl Media Center in New York’s Times Square.

In previous years, the NFL counted countries and territories reached by the Armed Forces Network, which broadcasts to American troops overseas and pushed the total countries well past 200. Military servicemen will still able to watch on Sunday, according to the NFL, but the league decided this year to only count countries where everyone could watch, not just AFN viewers.

If this is the ONLY LIVE thread for the Super Bowl, I think it should be left in BREAKING.

Dude, you’re thinking of the 90s and before, when 90% of them were pure crap. The last 10 years have been nothing short of miraculous; Super Bowls that have been simply AMAZING!
