Dumb question but wouldn’t it make more sense to just let them code in India and send it back and forth via the net?
When they come here they’re gonna see rich Democrats and want a raise.
Since these people control the Fed, they know they can deal with any raises by means of inflation.
My company has worked with Indian sweatshops who provide engineering services . There are many problems associated with this including the money paid to the sweatshop middlemen, the time difference, the lack of transparency, corruption, theft of intellectual property and not having hire/fire control over employees. Basically, working with Indian companies sucks. All that goes away with the H1B visa increases.
