If I understand correctly, this will take physical rehab and make it inaccessible for most elderly.

Socialists only support the healthcare of those who can work and be tax slaves. If you can no longer feed the government hog, you are as good as dead to the government slave masters.
Nothing will be done to keep you alive.
They will offer help you die and that is all.

rehab is hugely important for elderly to have any chance at getting back to their normal, whatever level of independence they have.

now anyone younger on medicare needs rehab to get back to normal too.

this is to kill people off, plain and simple.

Does this mean it has actually been removed as a benefit or being discussed as a possible cost saving measure?

Yes, a dead body doesn’t cost much to the government. Also, the over 65 voters went 54% for Romney.

It has NOT been removed as a benefit. But keep an eye on how you're classified during a hospital stay.

I don’t know. The video was short on details.
But that’s what it sounds like.
Best check up on it w/ Medicare (if you can understand their byzantine rules and regs).
