Has Thomas Roberts Never Heard of Roe v. Wade?
NewsBusters ^ | Mark Finkelstein

Roe v. Wade was horribly decided, as even some prominent supporters of abortion rights will agree. But for now, it remains the law of the land. And it establishes a constitutional right to abortion. Amazingly, Thomas Roberts appears unaware of that.

On today's Morning Joe, commenting on Mike Huckabee's speech of yesterday on how Dems wrongly accuse Republicans of a "war on women," Roberts twice said "if old white men could get pregnant, abortion would be a constitutional right."

I think he meant “it would be a sacrament.” That was/is the mantra I have heard before from the radical pro aborts.

Good catch,
clearly MSNBC didn’t hire him for his brains or knowledge of anything he comments on.

Roe v. Wade was horribly decided, as even some prominent supporters of ABORTICIDE rights will agree. But for now, it remains the law of the land. And it establishes a constitutional right to ABORTICIDE. Amazingly, Thomas Roberts appears unaware of that.

It was pointed out to me last week that there are two legitimate words for the death of an infant in vitro ... one is the body's natural? rejection called, "abortion"

The other is intentional killing which is "aborticide"

If we begin to use words correctly ... maybe .. just maybe ... some thinking can be corrected.

GMTA: I mentioned in the blog item that Roberts’ comment was a variation on the “sacrament” line.

It’s about time we stopped being whipping boys for the left. Old white men(including me) have old white women and we both vote. In fact, when we get riled we can get downright nasty and I have reached that point.

“Let’s make some campaign slogans. “Mama, get your old white man to the polls, and both of you vote.” You remember when you used to spank their deserving butts? Do it again.

The vile lies told about Huckabee’s speech made my morning a misery. The weak-willed Nicole Wallace who made mewling defenses about it followed by this Ken Doll’s outrageous lies were enough to make me spew my coffee across the screen.

And why can’t Mika take a sick day rather than show up in large black mittens due to some skin infection? She looks like a variation on Soupy Sales’ puppet character, Black Tooth.

On today's Morning Joe
WTH watches msnbc, WTH is Thomas Roberts and WTH gives a krap what he thinks and says?
CNN just laid off 40 employees - ya' know why? NO ONE is watching. No one gives a krap about CNN.
STOP watching all these commie news outlets; STOP buying their commie newpapers; STOP buying the commie magazines.
Ignore all of them and shut them all down.

I hear you, but watching and reporting on MSNBC is my beat, and some feel it’s useful to know and expose what the other side is saying.

Says who - you? WTF has ever changed in an msnbc story over the last 5-8 years? Nothing! Liberal lies, personal attacks and propaganda.
If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around it still makes a sound. But if no one hears msnbc, including you, eventually it won't make a sound.
Shut it down.

I respect your viewpoint, but I write for Newsbusters, where our motto is Exposing and Combating Liberal Media Bias. Some find that a useful endeavor.

picky, picky, picky.

But, you're right.

The word 'abortion' is still used for a natural event as opposed to aborticide which is murder (homocide).

just sayin'

He said no such thing.

He said that Democrats portray women as helpless victims who only want free birth control. He went on to say that he thought women were so much more than that and were, for the most part, self-controlled human beings who could take care of themselves and whose “reproductive rights” were, in fact, a small part of their political interests.

Of course, polling, again and again, shows that women’s primary concern is their economic security - not cheapo condoms or birth control pills which can be picked up at the local CVS.

Thanks for watching MSNBC for us - it’s a dirty job and someone has got to do it.

I tune into Morning Joe from about 7:30 to 8:30 to catch up on the general stupidities.

BTW, Mika needs to take a sick day rather than show up with oversized mittens. She looks stupider than ever.
