Not much info in the governor’s statement, that informs us of either position - the State of Wyoming or the EPA.
Also, *nothing* at the State of Wyoming’s Attorney General link (http://attorneygeneral.state.wy.us/) ... no “thorough review of the historical record” and no show of an analysis of “how flawed the EPA was in its legal justification for its decision.”
