All Liberals should be neutered. They are over breeding and causing too many problems in this country. Its suspected they have a wasted brain disease which spread could cause the whole country to go down. Please don’t feed these animals but teach them to forage which may alleviate their disorder somewhat.
Imagine driving down a highway, a deer jumps in front of your car causing it to crash through your windshield and an antler impales the face of your 5 year old child.
Soon they'll require landowners to pay for birth control in liberal states. Wonder what a deer abortion costs? The important thing is that you don't allow bowhunters in urban areas.

While we got tons of deer where I live, here in suburbia that really isn't an option, even if you're confined to using shotgun slugs.....
The pockets of wooded areas are surrounded by houses, highways and residential streets but contain lots of deer which are constantly being nailed by cars.....
Heck, on the south entrance to my sub, there is a wooded area about two tenths of a mile square. On the south side of it there is an eight lane highway. On the west side of it is a hospital and condo complex. On the east side of it is another condo complex and of course mine on the north side.
There are at least 5 deer in there, a family of fox and a roaming coyote.........There have been deer in that small wooded pocket for as long as I've lived here and I've seen the occasional dead carcass on the highway......

They can have as many as four, but three is common and twins are the rule for adult does.
Doe fawns will breed at just over 6 months old and have a single fawn the next spring.
Cross the road to a stand that you have scouted out, shoot deer and dress out. Hang and butcher.
The point really is that a male may be breed with 20 females...so using your stats, cutting off his 00’s would be even more successful in cutting down the population.
That 6 month old buck fawn will also breed the does.
The bottom line is that it is next to impossible to control a wild deer population with birth control methods.
A buck will travel for miles in search of hot does, and a park full of hot does would attract a bunch of them!
