What a crazy concept. This ought to be just laughed away to shame, IMHO. Getting in high dudgeon gives it more seriousness than it deserves. GENERALLY it works better to see if someone actually ACTS crazy before being concerned whether the person IS crazy. This would be a jackpot for the screening people. Big makework project.
