Anyways, I doubt Bieber's retirement will last very long. He's filled up his mansion with a crew of gangsta thug "roommates" who do nothing but blow through Bieber's fortune. I'd guess the neighbor he's currently having a dispute with is the same one who's called the cops on him for letting his roommates drive his Ferrari at high speeds through this formerly quiet neighborhood.
