Or DC. Since Sunday I've had 4 flights from Jacksonville to Dulles get cancelled; one connecting in Chicago, one connecting in Newark, two straight there. Must be that "Polar Vortex" they've been talking about, or what we called when I was a kid, "winter".
Heard today that the term “Polar Vortex” is simply a more dramatic term for the “jet stream”.
