Battenfeld: Wild West shoots down Hillary Clinton and Elizabeth Warren
Boston Herald ^ | January 3, 2014 | Joe Battenfeld

As a Tea Party troublemaker and liberal lightning rod, former Florida Congressman Col. Allen West is used to fending off attacks from Democratic critics. But he admits getting nervous when he thinks about a certain Massachusetts Democrat running the White House.

“I’m more ... concerned about Elizabeth Warren than I am about Hillary Clinton,” West said in an interview on Boston Herald Radio.

"Marketing gimmick." Sweet.

The "sexism" and "victim" labels will be running high if Warren or Clinton is anointed.

Warren has said she’s not running, but Col. West is quite right to be more concerned about her. We have a burgeoning population of people out there just ready to lap up her act IMO.

I'm not. Warren was elected because she ran in the twisted state of Massachusetts as a liberal. It is not the same thing to transport that onto a national stage. This is the woman who literally ran from reporters asking her about her supposed Cherokee heritage, who never took an interview with anyone who wasn't a far left 'journalist' and had most of the Boston media in her corner (little was made in the press of 'Professor Warren' practicing law without a license - and why she suddenly had her NJ bar records sealed by retiring from practice there).

She could not stand on her own, either on a debate stage with an unbiased moderator or in an interview with someone who asks direct, pertinent questions. She has to be scripted and orchestrated at all times. She also had quite a few hilarious gaffes.

Have you noticed on MSNBC’s Morning Joe that Mika B. takes every opportunity to promote Warren. Even when the subject doesn’t involve her, but if the word “Progressive” enters the discussion, Mika will try to inject Warren and sing her praise.

I agree. Clinton wants absolute power over a strong America, while Warren just wants to destroy our country. Given that terrible choice, I would prefer Hillary (just like given the choice between a lingering death by cancer or being shot in the head, I'd take a bullet).

EW’s career was going no where at Harvard until she checked off Native American on a job posting.

I don't disagree with her character. She is a fraud but whoever the Dems nominate has already won NY, CA, etc. The GOP has to hope the usual purple states turn red and that is a difficult process. The pinkos move to states such as Virginia and Florida to get away from their own evils yet bring their warped views to these states and when you add to that the growing dependent groups, it is an extraordinary proposition to win against the Dems if they nominate a traitor or a paper napkin.

I agree with West. Many of the contributions to her campaign were from out of state: http://www.nytimes.com/2012/07/21/us/politics/liberal-donors-finding-a-home-in-elizabeth-warren.html

Although at the age of 64 she is only 2 years younger than Hillary, she appears to be much more youthful.

For all the dependent and low info voters, I know, same thing...Warren will tap into the ground work being laid out now in the whole ‘equality’ meme. It is her grand idea to force people out of their 401K’s and IRA’s, she is a disgusting little lying pos, the kind of pol the idiots love to adore.

There is a large untapped ‘populist’ niche out there to be filled by a politician. But, Warren is not the one, nor is most of the topics she brings up not the ones of concern, ie illegal immigration enforcement, secure borders, trade reciprocity, no more bailouts, balance budget, reduce national debt.

“She has to be scripted and orchestrated at all times.”

Substitute “He” in place of “She” and you have the current resident of The White House.

So never, say never. If the country was stupid enough to elect Barak Hussein Obama, they could just as easily elect Elizabeth Warren. Although, Obama does has one thing going for him that Warren is totally lacking: Charisma.

What part of that statement does not apply to the current occupant of the peoples house?

She is a crook same as the rest of them. Two reasons she should stand trial is her practicing law without a license (defended Travelers Insurance Co. in MA while not licensed in the state). She won Senated by Commie and by Crook. Brown really won till the ballot count began.
