Organizers are allowing progressives to parade their political agendas around and morph a historic parade into an event more closely resembling a gay pride parade than the Rose Parade we have come to know.
This Wednesday on New Years Day, the Rose Parade will showcase a gay wedding being officiated LIVE atop a float shaped like a giant wedding cake. The float is sponsored by the AIDS Healthcare Foundation.
There is nothing unusual about gay activists wanting to promote their cause. What is unusual, however, is the fact that national TV networks during daytime family programming will allow a political agenda to be pushed and will showcase two men engaging in a romantic kiss.

On the list it's the 5th from the bottom: Isabella Coleman Award for "Best Presentation of Color & Color Harmony Through Floral Use" goes to the entry of the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, title: "Love Is The Best Protection", entry no. 82.
It's too bad that there seem to be some nice floats coming afterwards that people will miss as they are not likely to turn the RP back on.
Make sure you are not eating while watching the parade...
That suggests that you're actually gonna' watch this travesty? Sorry . . . ain't no "Rose"-nuttin' going to be on my tv today.
It will be interesting to see all the social media chatter from around the country. I’m trying to picture the reaction of my in-laws from Kansas who likely will be watching the parade with their kids.

When you see the Best Animation Float, it’t time to get ready to turn off the TV.
Or just skip the Rose Parade altogether, which is what I plan to do, to let them know we don’t like this forced upon us.
It would be interesting if this float were greeted by the sound of thousands of duck calls.
The Left is contaminating every decent venue with their propaganda. If the Rose Parade is going to be part of this politcally-correct effort to subvert the morals of the nation, it should be relegated to the dust bin of history. OR it should be forced to represent the politically-incorrect side by allowing floats sponsored by the NRA, for example, depicting the Second Amendment freedom to keep and bear arms.
Never again.
Start the New Year with a stark reminder that America is now in a decadent downward spiral. Those flowers may be beautiful and smell nice, but sadly the rot is very apparent.
Sponsored by the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, while 65% of all new HIV/AIDS cases in the are among that disordered 2% of the population, men who have sex with men.
Makes no sense, but, that’s the intent - abolish all forms of traditional and moral order.

I must confess that I am no fan of parades, so not watching this abomination is no hardship.
It is a shame that this is the year Vin Scully is finally Grand Marshal. Maybe they should have had a child molestor or hooker as grand marshal to really cap off the event.
Classless, tasteless, political propaganda.
Problem is that all the TV media will repeat and repeat and repeat that float all day and into next week, ad nauseam.
Jumble the Rose and you get either ‘Eros’ or ‘Sore’ more appropriate for this years event.
Do not watch any of the parade. None of it. That’s a response that might make a difference.
title: “Love Is The Best Protection”, entry no. 82.
It also is dangerous medical disinformation, suggesting that monogamy is a protection against AIDS, when it isn’t if a partner is already infected, or shares needles, or is sexually unfaithful.
