Long-stalled S.F. housing project for LGBT seniors on track

The deep rumble of bulldozers and other construction equipment at the former UC Extension campus at Laguna and Haight streets in San Francisco is a welcome sound not only to the folks who will be building about 440 housing units on the site but also to the city officials who helped jump-start the long-stalled development.

The help - and money - provided by city housing officials "is really what's made this project move forward," said Seth Kilbourn of Openhouse, one of the site's developers and a group that provides services to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender seniors.

Good point. I’d think the few remaining normal people in the area would be happy to see this modern version of a leper colony go up. I’m sure there won’t be any kids trick-or-treating there.

This is probably being set up for the same reason “adult communities” are spreading; people are tired of paying school taxes when they’ve either had no children or their children have grown up.

Not to worry. There really aren't enough of these perverts that make it into the "senior" years. That is assuming we are talking about them living past the rip old age of 42. With an already low number of people being sodomites (less than 2%) and most dying from one disease or another by the time they are 42 there won't be enough of these perverts to occupy the the housing being set aside for them. This is why businesses that cater to the homosexual community usually fail in a relatively short period of time. Couple this with the fact that those homos that live to be old enough to be considered "seniors" have more than enough money to live in a very nice place far away from others of their kind.
Believe it or not sodomites really aren't very social creatures. Sure... They put on a nice face but they are tormented, miserable, violent individuals that seek to garner all the attention they can get for themselves. If it's not a disease these perverts won't share.

My guess is that there won’t be a lot of men, if any. Women who do this are less likely, by biological construction, to actually spread physical disease.
