I've no reason to believe that medical education in Cuba is any better than the care delivered to Cubans.

There schools haven't got the latest technology or the latest medical equipment, and why should they, the vast majority of hospitals are so ill equip for any modern procedures.. My wife interviewed many as possible staff in her clinic, and that's what they admitted..
That is not saying that they have no skills, or aren't trainable, but the facts are as they are..
