That is my question: What Breakthrough?
Do they mean the deal that Kerry made giving Iran money and permission to continue building their Nuke while leaving an American hostage and not even mentioning him in the deal?
That wasn’t a breakthrough it was a surrender with a payoff.
More radical Muslim sucking up by the degenerate Euro-Weenies.
Iran has blatantly proved in past that it does not respect diplomatic agreements, technically the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961).

Most EU member states already have their own embassies in Iran so adding an official EU mission there seems like diplomatic window dressing.
