So. I’m guessing that lil’ Anthony just couldn’t spend all of that remaining $4.3 Million leftover from his House Congressional re-election campaign coffers (which he can legally spend on most any election).

He ought to consult with Chris Dodd on how to keep all that excess campaign cash.
