Convince the voters in UTAH to vote that bad judge out of office and replace him with a Contitutionalist!

So you're just being snarky, I assume, because he's a federal judge and therefore, regrettably, can't be voted out of office. The only ways he can possibly leave office are by death, resignation, or impeachment.

States can’t remove federal judges, they should ignore them, do not abide by their rulings
