Shelby is a federal judge appointed by Obama. The Utah voters have NOTHING to do with it.

So you're just being snarky, I assume, because he's a federal judge and therefore, regrettably, can't be voted out of office. The only ways he can possibly leave office are by death, resignation, or impeachment.
