You're right. I'm starting to think the Obammunists are testing the resolve of the conservative movement, kind of like China tested Dubya by ramming our P-3 Orion back in April of 2001. He knuckled under to the Commies, and Osama Bin Laden was watching.
Either that, or the Obammunist is simply trying to goad us into a fight. Either way, a show of weakness is always rewarded with more of the same, so there's a lot riding on Utah's response.

Justice Roberts might as well have been appointed by Obama considering his hand in helping Obamacare become law, but lets thank George W. Bush for that.
Fear is a lousy motivation to vote for someone.
Facts tell me that both major parties are taking this country deeper into debt, spending more money and even raising taxes with the recent budget deal.
The big debate over Obamacare between D’s and R’s is a debate over in state markets versus interstate markets where people are being forced to buy health insurance.
How about reversing the mandate to buy medical insurance???
If the GOP doesn’t want to reverse the mandate to buy health insurance they might as well call themselves the Obamacare Light Party or perhaps more appropriately the Romneycare Party.
Romney’s mandate to buy medical coverage came first in MA before Obama’s nationwide mandate.
