Hope you are correct. Several listeners to our afternoon radio guy (Phil Valentine) checked in at several stores and checked with the managers. Their response was “ orders from corporate office”

Just rented “A Christmas Story”. Mrs S went to bed half way through :o(
Disturbing the movie was but I couldn’t stop watching. /Yoda
Was it the “F” word that kept me hanging in there? Or when the bully got his arse kicked? The bunny suit gave me a current “pajama boy” reference I didn’t have before. But then the Red Ryder Christmas present I thought would clinch it! Then he almost poked his eye out...ugh!
So MANY highs and low it was tiring to watch. BUT, it is a key movie one needs to see just for the culture references so I understand the world better. Thanks for the recommendation.

Its an acquired taste, ...but a few scenes make the whole thing worthwhile...especially when they chop off the head of the Peking duck at the end......”Deck da harrs wit bars of horry.......” ;-) LOL
