What was Glenn doing at CNNs NYC headquarters today?
Dont miss Glenn and S.E. on Piers Morgan Live, Friday, December 20 at 9pm ET on CNN.
Earlier this month, Glenn announced that he would be joining S.E. Cupp on CNNs Piers Morgan Live. Unfortunately, the Dallas weather had other plans, and Glenn ended up completely iced in on the day the show was supposed to air.
They decided to reschedule the show, and this morning, Glenn headed up to CNNs New York City headquarters to tape a full hour of Piers Morgan Live with guest host S.E. Cupp.
Glenn reflects on the life of Pastor Ken Hutcherson
I thought, I really thought that Hutch could be the next Martin Luther King.
And I really thought that he had so much stuff that was important for Americans to hear and thats why we began to make that special series.
And he does have things to say that you need to hear, you need to watch.
He was one of the most remarkable men Ive ever met.
But at that last episode, I realized, were missing the mark here.
And when I told them go back up and get him to talk about the family, what does he want to say to his daughter, what does he want to say to his wife.
And last night when I found out, I thought, you know, Lord, you are so great.
You are so personal to each of us.
You dont really care about, quite honestly, about business or how much things cost or how much time is spent or whatever
I think I met Hutch not for any other reason other than he was such a good and faithful servant that had been so loyal to the Lord,
and He knew, God did, that his family was going to need comfort and to remember him and remember the good times.
And so He knew that our company would be loyal enough just to go up and film him.
And I think that was a gift from God for his family.
Not for anybody else. But its still worth you watching.
Hutch, available on demand now at TheBlaze.com/TV.

Obamas Half-Brother to Set the Record Straight About Presidents Memoir: A Lot of That Stuff Barack Wrote Is Wrong President Barack Obamas half brother is publishing an autobiography that details the domestic abuse that served as the theme for his earlier semiautobiographical novel, which featured an abusive parent patterned on their late father. In fact, Mark Obama Ndesandjo says he wants to set the record straight about some of the lies President Obama included in his bestselling 1995 memoir, Dreams From My Father.
Ndesandjo also recounts his sporadic but intense encounters with his brother over the years in Cultures: My Odyssey of Self-Discovery. The self-published book is to be released in February. In Dreams From My Father, Obama seeks to learn more about their father, a mostly absent figure, after learning of his death in a car crash in 1982 at age 46.
Ndesandjos book comes four years after his novel, Nairobi to Shenzhen: A Novel of Love in the East. As in his first book, Ndesandjo wanted to raise awareness of domestic abuse by using his familys story, although he said in an interview with The Associated Press on Tuesday that the presidents relatives have not universally welcomed his airing of private matters in public. Ndesandjo spoke ahead of a news conference to launch the book in Guangzhou on Thursday.
When asked how he would describe his relationship with his brother, he said, Right now its cold and I think part of the reason is because of my writing. My writing has alienated some people in my family.
Even though he felt their relationship was distant, I hope that my brother and I can really hug each other after hes president and we can be a family again, said Ndesandjo, who resembles Obama. Like the president, Ndesandjo also has a white American mother, Ruth Ndesandjo, a Jewish woman who was Barack Obama Sr.s third wife.
Ndesandjo, 48, has lived for 12 years in the southern Chinese boomtown of Shenzhen, next door to Hong Kong. He moved there to teach English after losing his job when the U.S. economy cratered following the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks and now works as a consultant. Ndesandjo, who is married to a Chinese woman, learned to speak Chinese and immersed himself in the study of Chinese culture, including poetry and brush calligraphy. Trained as a classical pianist, he gives lessons as a volunteer at an orphanage.

Go Eagles!!!
I’m a Packer fan and they need all the help they can get against the Bears this year. If a little trivia contest makes any difference, I hope the convenience store workers in Philly are smarter today than in Chi-town!!!

I've got a year in Philly working at the North-East Control Tower, and it's okay, but I'm just not into big cities.
Everyone was really into the Eagles in 2004, but I'm didn't get to see them play.

I did for 26+ years with the USAF and for 5 years with the FAA.
But really, that's a young man's job (speed of thought) and other things called me home to Mississippi.

My dad did that with the USAF in South Korea during that war. When he came home, he became a bookkeeper. Much less anxiety watching numbers!

Most of the anxiety in air traffic control, comes from your supervisors, instead of the air traffic.
It's very difficult working for people who really can't do your job, or even have a very good understanding of just how difficult your job can be.
I can easily understand how "attention to detail" from air traffic control would transfer to bookkeeping, and how he could do that job very well.
Bookkeeping, like air traffic control, would require a volume of knowledge of constantly changing regulations, and the challenge would be to stay on top of it all, and get the most back for your client.
It's like fighting a very dishonorable beast, to save your fellow man.
