Its early for a palate cleanser but Im not sure this doesnt qualify as legit news. I did not expect to find myself eager to revisit the Romney 2012 campaign on film, but here we are, my friends. Here we are.
Its true that the trailer is more humanizing than anything Romneys campaign did for him, but the deck is stacked. The bio video that the GOP produced for the convention was solid but nothing as stage-managed as campaign propaganda will ever have the disarming charm of behind-the-scenes footage of the candidates in unguarded moments. Plus, the trailers cheating by putting the agony of defeat up front. Watching this guy try to hold it together while struggling with the weight of defeat, surrounded by his wife, kids, and grandkids, would melt the heart of anyone who doesnt work at MSNBC. He seems so lifelike. So incredibly lifelike.
Im going to say two words to you. A la Ron Burgundy, if you like it you can take it, if you dont you can send it right back: Romney/Cruz?

Why is there still a love affair with Romney? The guy's a silver-spoon, country club loser.
Do RINOs really want our version of Adlai Stevenson?
I figured the establishment would already have the "next in line" ready to go. Who's turn is it anyway?
Who the hell cares?? Being from MA, I can’t even stand to see or hear his name!
“The guy’s a silver-spoon, country club loser. “
Not true.
MSM loves Republicans after they lose elections...They absolutely adored Bob Dole.
Has Mr. RomneyCARE not done enough, yet?
He ignored the Mass. Constitution and paved the
way for Obama in every sense possible.
I’ll have to pass on that one.
I, for one, am not looking forward to the RNC trying to stuff the NJ Michelin Man up my keister.
Mitt - RINO, cultist, Casher of Marriott Porn checks as a board member, law breaker, better for gays than Kennedy, failed candidate for POTUS whose software was worse than the Obamacare website, and so very much more.
NEXT!
Why would a Republican want to revisit 2012 bad memories?
I can see Dems wanting to, wishing it was still 2012
I don’t believe it either. But on the other hand, why should I even care about what what anyone says, films or produces about him.
He had his chance to put Obama out, and he didn’t commit. He refused to fight, just like McCain, and we have another 3 more years of a Kenyan born, Muslim fanatic who can’t even tie his own shoes.
I say move on. Romney isn’t even where it was, much less where it’s at.
This is how the GOP loses elections. Let’s all waste time and resources trying to rehabilitate Mitt Romney’s reputation.... Not.
How about we expend a bit of effort on actual Constitutional Principles instead?
GOP? Bueller?
Exactly! They piled on for two years, and now that he is old news, they don't care what people think about him. They've moved on to new targets. They'll never take their boot of Bush or Palin's neck because it is important to keep them down to maintain their narrative. Guys like McCain, Romney and others need to be forgotten so they can shape the next round in 2016. On to destroy Cruz, Paul, Lee and any others that pop up.
It is completely human to brag about building your wife a new mansion to reward her support for your candidacy. It’s just stupid politics.
Don’t forget about him buying her that cookbook to publish lol
His backstabber Romney apologized to Gov. Palin and
her children yet?
or to the Massachusetts people for imposing what
he did before FLEEING?
I'm sure it does not. Who gives a flying fig about Mitt RomenyCare?
The documentary (probably covertly paid for by Mitt himself) may look good, but Romney still stinks.
"How do I love you darling! Let me count the ways!"
I’d like to have someone who sees the opposition as flesh-eating bacteria who smother children in the crib. We could go from there.
