A couple of years ago the village of Narrowsburg, NY had to stop their 4th of July fireworks show after the NYS Dept of Conservation discovered 2 bald eagle nests along the bank of the Delaware Riv on the NY side, claiming the nests may be disrupted by the noise and flashing lights. (As if eagles haven't survived the last thousands of centuries exposed to thunder and lightning.) But killing them, even if it means extinction is a small sacrifice to advance the cause of junk science. Besides, isn't it interesting how it's referred to as MAN-made global warming/climate change, instead of something more "gender-neutral" like HUMAN-made climate change. As if we're too insafistikaded and stoopid to realize the transparent attempt at subtle manipulation.
