The 17-year-old student shot in the head during the Colorado school shooting is still in critical condition. Claire Davis, a senior at Arapahoe High School in Centennial, was shot at point blank range by fellow student Karl Pierson yesterday afternoon.
Pierson had entered the school armed with a shotgun and petrol bombs, seemingly intent on killing his debate team coach Tracy Murphy.
Claire's father said earlier today that his daughter was 'not doing very well' after having surgery.
The popular teenager would have had no time to get out of the way as Pierson entered the school and started shooting just after 12.30 yesterday.
County Sheriff Grayson Robinson said at a press conference this afternoon that Claire was 'an innocent victim of an evil act of violence', 7News reported. There was no indication that the gunmen knew her or was acquainted with her.

The US press pretty much dropped it after it was discovered the shooter was a raving Democrat lunatic. I’m sure it is being covered in a few places but not near the national coverage it would be getting had the kid had pro-NRA Facebook posts.
Unlike some we know of, she has my sincerest prayers along with her family and loved ones. May God hold them in the Palm of His Hand and may they be Comforted!

I notice the stories all mention that the shotgun was “purchased legally”. Methinks they will use that as a lever to make shotguns illegal. Damn gun grabbers never sleep!

Most gun owners knew that was the ultimate plan when Thomas J Dodd and Emanuel Cellar first proposed a Federal handgun registration scheme back in 1962. “Rifles and shotguns would not be affected” they said.
Two years later they wanted registration of ALL firearms.
And it has gotten worse since.

On 9/16/2013, another mentally ill liberal, Aaron Alexis, killed 12 innocents at the Navy Yard in Washington DC.
12/14/2013 Karl Pierson entered Arapahoe High School in Centennial, Co. armed with a shotgun with intent to kill one of his teachers. He shot Claire Davis, a senior, @Arapahoe High in the head. Yes, Pierson is/was another mentally ill liberal punk.
We could go on, but you get the point, even if the media and the anti gun pyschos in Congress dos not.
Clearly, there is a problem with Democrats having guns or being around them.
No NRA members, No Tea Party members, or No Republican conservatives are/were involved.
SOLUTION: It should be illegal for any Democrats to own guns or be around them.

My Canadian in-laws are rabidly blaming the NRA. So I asked “Chicago has no guns shops and a staggering murder rate, almost all black and Hispanic. How is that the NRA’s fault?”
