Washington (CNN) -- Sen. John Cornyn, welcome to the club.
The two-term Texas lawmaker is now the seventh Republican Senator up for re-election next year to face a primary challenge from his right. That club also includes the top Republican in the chamber, Minority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, Lamar Alexander of Tennessee, Thad Cochran of Mississippi, Mike Enzi of Wyoming, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, and Pat Roberts of Kansas.
If this seems like deja vu all over again, it is.

If they are being challenged from the right, it stands to reason that is because they are too far to the left!
No, challenges from the Right is what will HELP the GOP take the Senate back.
Not if we take the seats with the right candidates. Screw CNN. Screw the left!! Screw the RINOS!! God save the Republic!!
CNN is concerned.

Yep, the RINO protective activists are beginning to marshal their message. Fear of Tea Party candidates is pervasive among the ruling elite in the country.
What does Al Sharpton think?
NOPe to GOPe
John Cornyn claims to be the 2nd most conservative member of the Senate. Yet, as Chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee he hand-selected these "Republican" candidates:
he FAILED and hid behind a meaningless vote later. |
This is why CNN is boo-hooing.
It will if those challengers turn out to be clones of Todd Akinnor Christine O’Donnell. They need to be vetted.
The wrecking ball for out of control SPENDING is coming to the District of Corruption. Both parties suck badly.
*Akin or
Not if the Powers That Be wake up and smell the TEA.
Screw 'em. I'm voting for Stockman, and getting the word out to send Cornyn home.

The unions are now funding a GOPe group to defeat the TEA Party candidates!!!
Akin wasn’t the candidate of the tea party, or of Palin (who asked him to drop out).
Cruz was though.
bou-ya
Conservatives are growing weary of choosing between the better of two liberals on the November ballot.
“Challenges” from the extreme left never hurt the commie DemocRATS.
If they were to take the Senate back without having been thinned by challenges from the right then there would be no effective change in the Senate.
That’s what those “right wing” challengers are trying to do.
