I have worked with many Chinese (from China). Completely different from Chinese-Americans.
I like it. they know they are operating in a foreign culture, so are open to learning and aware their views may not always be correct. They also work hard and expect results. Finally, they have no concept of the ridiculous and stupid American concepts of political correctness.
When I listen to several Chinese engineers speak among themselves (male or female), it reminds me of Cousin Itt.
