U.S. officials say efforts have stalled to capture about a dozen people secretly charged in the 2012 attack on the American compound in Benghazi that claimed the lives of U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three other Americans.
The individuals have been charged in sealed criminal complaints filed in federal court by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. They include one of the suspected ringleaders of the attack, Ahmed Abu Khattala, a militia leader with ties to al-Qaeda, said several U.S officials, speaking on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the case publicly.
So far, none have been brought to trial and the lack of progress in capturing Khattala has frustrated U.S. intelligence officials and lawmakers who want to see him and the others prosecuted. One official said that Khattala continues to operate in eastern Libya with impunity.

Especially when no one is really looking.
This is all a farce to keep the public fooled.
How can you stall something that has never even begun to move?

I have seen no EFFORT’S from the U.S. Obama administration.

I would think competent law enforcement officials would have little trouble locating accomplices Obama and Hillary.
If they were caught, they might say something about what the US was doing in Benghazi and in Libya.

They are followed by a police state.
They could have rounded up or killed these guys last year if they really wanted them. The government is afraid of what these people might say in open court. My theory is they were hired by the Syrians, the Iranians or the Russians to disrupt the U.S. directed arms transfer between Libya and the Syrian rebels.

If they are clearly seen as doing absolutely NOTHING to catch the perps then they get flack. On the other hand, if they sent out our SF to the cold of the desert and then our guys perform so well that noteworthy snatches are pulled off, well, then that’s a reeeeal can of worms:

Well you can rest assured their gear will get stolen or a most unfortunate accident will happen to them.
Those men are tasked strictly so Barack can SAY that they are and not one micrometer further.
