Iran Nuclear Deal Raises Fears of Proliferation Among Arab States
Wall Street Journal ^ | 11/29/13 | Jay Solomon

WASHINGTON—The Obama administration is hailing the accord with Iran as a victory in its campaign to stop the spread of nuclear weapons, but the deal is already feeding concerns of Arab governments and some proliferation experts that it could have the opposite effect.

They worry it could instead fuel the spread of dangerous technologies across the Middle East and Asia.

At issue is the agreement's acceptance of Iran's demand that at the end of a broader diplomatic process, the country will likely retain some ability to permanently produce nuclear fuel through the enrichment of uranium.

“The Obama administration is hailing the accord with Iran as a victory in its campaign to stop the spread of nuclear weapons...”

That is because - and ONLY because - the head of the Obama administration, Barack Obama, is a delusional horse’s ass who’s going to get the world involved in a Middle Eastern nuclear war.

Yes, but to be fair, I'd have fought—and won—a nuclear war in the Middle East on September 12, 2001. Nuking Mecca would have been an effective way to express American annoyance at Islamic terrorist behavior.

All that's happened so far is an agreement by the big five nuclear powers to have talks with Iran, with some modest short term lessening of economic sanctions as a sweetener.

I wish the neocon bed-wetters would at least wait and see what the final deal is going to be before they start crying about how "scared" they are.

Israel should give some nukes to the muzzies. They could have them built to only explode at certain gps coordinates.

Duh. One more time. Iran is Shi'ite. Saudi Arabia and the surrounding Gulf states are Sunni. Sunnis and Shi’ites have been killing each other for over 1,400+ years. In the Iran-Iraq War, both sides used chemical weapons against each other because they didn't have access to nukes. If either did, they'd have used them.

The only country in the Middle East with nukes capable of destroying Iran is Israel. Israel and Saudi Arabia will ally themselves against Iran as a matter of self preservation. Both know that Barack Obama is controlled by the Iranian stooge Valerie Jarrett and anything he says is worthless.

Not necessarily off topic, but I would love to see the dossier on Jarrett that the Mossad has.
