President Barack Obama repeated on Monday that he will not take executive actions to halt deportations of undocumented immigrants, saying that such unilateral action would "violate our laws." "We are a nation of laws – that’s part of our tradition."

The courts are scared of taking up the Kobach case because of the adorable dreamers.
If Obama goes executive on all illegals he will lose the entire case the dreamers included
You can’t let adorable youth (up to age 35) be exempt from breaking the law.

Agree. Obama said he would if he could stop all deportations by executive order. This was just a planted question so Obama could express his support of amnesty and suspension of all deportations.
