So a question to the legal eagles out there. Lets assume that GZ did in fact point a gun at the girlfriend. How would the prosecution go about proving that ever happened. And now for the opposite question, If GZ has been falsely accused, how would he go about proving that he is innocent?

Seems to me that this will boil down to he said she said.

Then it's a he said-she said kinda thing, yes? If there's no police record of it then it's inadmissible.
