Under 21s may not be the only participants.
Bloomberg also was to sign legislation Tuesday that will seek to keep the price of tobacco high by prohibiting coupons and other discounts and setting a minimum cigarette price of $10.50 per pack.
Just setting the stage for Herr Wilhelm’s NYC?

Its about driving up tax revenue in the long run. Money is always at the root of motivation for liberal’s actions. They can never seem to squeeze nough out of you to pay for their entitlements:

People are easier to corral, control, and manipulate when they’re high all the time and can’t think straight.

NYC is just a test phase. If this succeeds, then the feds will hail this as “a huge step” and mandate this nationally. Highway or education funds will be yanked from states who don’t comply.

yep-

“U.S. — New York City has more IV drug users than any other city in the U.S. To prevent the spread of blood-borne diseases like hepatitis C, it has a wide network of clean syringe exchange programs.

In the final part of a four-part series, KPBS Health Reporter Kenny Goldberg travels to New York to look into the situation.

When it comes to distributing clean needles, New Yorkers don’t beat around the bush.

“Free condoms, free oral sex protection, free syringes, free services…”

New York City- TRYING hard to pass up San Francisco!

Anyone still loving in NYC deserves everything bad that happens to them. Biggest bunch of pussies on the planet. The french have more backbone than new yorkers. No wonder the terrorists like attacking it...the people there will put up with anything.

Bloomberg is truly an amazing man.

He runs New York like a Third world dictator, and they love it.

You must be 21 to buy beer or cigarettes now. But only 18 to vote.
Everything in Obama's America is turned upside down.
What a waste.

Raise it all to 27 since congress deemed them to be babies needing coddling ‘till then. Smoking, drinking, voting, driving, enlistment.... Seems all need to be raised to reflect their extended infancy.

And, in the case of beer and cigarettes, the liberals are okay with having to show ID to prove you are of age.

But as we know, the liberal view is that you should not produce an ID to vote. Interesting how the liberal view of ID is different, depending on the issue at hand.
