Medicare and Medicaid are single payer systems along with the VA. Obamacare is just the last piece that will morph into single payer.
ABC had Plouffe on today--he is now an ABC advisor-- who said something that tipped off the Obama strategy. He said that there will be millions on Obamacare by 2016 and there will be no way to repeal it or eliminate it. He is right. The Dems will do whatever is necessary to keep it alive and will blame Reps who don't help fix it.
Outside of the Auburn win yesterday and the Seahawks win (hopefully!) today - - what is discussed in Seattle, stays in Seattle ;-)

I agree, us Catholics do like to laugh at ourselves; and, the Church does immense good around the world. FYI - I have part of my annual donations directed to various Catholic entities - totally believe in all the good they are doing.
Regarding Socialized medicine, HillaryCare, ObamaCare...regardless of their dementia on other issues, the Republicans have opposed government-run “healthcare”.
Doing well. We stopped Light Rail in our section of town and are having a vote come March on it. Thinking of doing something which will really shake up the state, but it is a timing thing.

I agree. And I am just a bit older than you! I was home from work that day, and only had a radio on.
Just like the Boston Marathon bombers, sometimes lone people with hate in their hearts have plans that succeed.
Putting them in the microwave will block the signal too. Just because I am paranoid doesn’t mean the NSA isn’t monitoring.
