The insurance companies will not oblige...they take a huge hit on providing coverage under Obamacare to the sick and elderly without getting the higher revenues from the young and healthy. Therefore they will be required to lose money? How’s that gonna fly in a free enterprise system?
Even if the insurance companies go along with this, what about the individual mandate? Why should anyone who doesn’t buy insurance be fined but those who want to keep their insurance don’t have to sign on? Gingrich has pointed out all the lawsuits that will result of this crap.
I think Dean is saying now that the law is in effect obama can’t pick and choose.
