The insurance companies will not oblige...they take a huge hit on providing coverage under Obamacare to the sick and elderly without getting the higher revenues from the young and healthy. Therefore they will be required to lose money? How’s that gonna fly in a free enterprise system?
I asked my ObamaCare supporting BIL if he would like the feds to pass a law requiring he run his business at a loss.

I think Obama is proposing that HHS look the other way when those insurance companies continue the policies without the new requirements, but in practice it wont change anything.
Its just so he can say its the insurance companies not him doing it.
