Wow. Someone using “Right Reason” which is a requirement for all Just Law under our Constitution. Hmmmmmm.
Otherwise, “Laws” are Null and Void when they are devoid of Logic/Reason and equal “Justice” -—a Virtue——which is incompatible with slave ideologies—such as Marxism and Islam.
All “lawyers” who create illogical laws-—irrational laws (all Marxist ones) should have their license to “practice” law removed-—and all Judges too.
Look at my tagline——that is the American definition of Just Law in our so-called “Justice” system..... which comes from Blackstone-—who John Marshall revered.
Rule of Law-—is about a Higher Power than man-made up laws and any “laws “ that throw out God-—throws out our Constitution.
There was one problem with it that Dems cited over and over and that GOP never addressed seriously that left them vulnerable.
That uninsured are treated largely for free at hospitals expense due to a Reagan era federal mandate. In Maryland we pay a special state tax for that, but otherwise other patients do in their bills.
It left GOP responding with :”They do have health care, its an emergency room” as if that is policy to be proud of.
Just my gripe.

Okay, Satan must be shopping for a parka, cause John Boehner just said something I utterly, 100% totally agree with.
We have spent over 600 MILLION dollars to date for the ACA to insure 40 MILLION uninsured in the US. Hell we could have set up an account for these people and they could have had free healthcare for their entire lives.
OMG, I didn’t know that people could just grow spines overnight!
Now we need a transplant for McConnell, because I know that spine will never grow back!
