Top American lawyer and author Andrew McCarthy, who prosecuted the World Trade Center bombers after the 1993 attacks, accused Barack Obama of serial fraud tonight on The Kelly Files. Andrew told Megyn Kelly:
If ever there has been a fraud on the entire American people its this one. And, I would say, Megyn, this business about, you want your plan, you keep your plan, is just the beginning of it Were talking about serial fraud on multiple levels and multiple level misrepresentations This is an in your face almost a crude fraud The remedy the Framers gave us for reigning in executive excess especially if it gets this abusive is impeachment. Impeachment is a political remedy not a legal remedy This is a big scandalous scheme and the more you look at it, systematic dishonesty is rife all the way through it.
You must hear this:

going nowhere
Yeah, that's going to happen.
Boehner and McConnell can't create a coherent strategy to oppose ObamaCare or Amnesty.
What will they do when people are screaming “Racist” at them every place they go?
Sheesh. What a couple wet blankets to start the thread.
Believe it or not, I think Americans are ready to return to some semblance of sanity.
I agree, however I don’t expect it to ever happen. The Senate would never convict anyway so we’d never hear the end of “racist” screams by Democrats and low-info voters.
I would not be surprised to see Obama impeached and removed from office over this. A scapegoat is going to be needed, and he’s looking like the obvious choice.
Impeach the first Black president?
Actually, he would be the third! (There’s evidence Warren Harding had black ancestry, and Bill Clinton was declared black by acclamation;)
The further and faster the country goes down the tubes, the more it will be brought up, probably won't go anywhere, but it will be talked about.
Around the bowl and down the hole is where we're going at an ever increasing clip, except for impeachment, there ain't any other legal way to stop it.
It’s pretty much like the Republican Congressmen who trudged to see Richard Nixon in the depths of Watergate. The President is hurting the party “brand.” Whatever the party, its members don’t particularly like that. Especially in a (midterm) election year.
First they should explain to the American people how many votes they need to override Obama’s veto leading up to 2014 and ask for those votes. Then once they bulk up their ranks they can go for impeachment. I guess that means we’ll have President Biden to look forward to. Could be entertaining anyway...
Haha, and it occurs in post 2.
So, we can't impeach him, and the 2014 election won't change the Senate enough to make it a possibility.
The House impeaches, the Senate convicts. Clinton was impeached but not convicted. So we have the votes to impeach Obama now. But the Senate obviously would make it hard to get the conviction. It’d be nice to get another impeachment of a Democrat in the history books though.
Can you just mass-impeach the Democrats??
You’ll need a bigger jail, but after the tarps and qe’s, that should be pocket lint...
Everyone wants to rag on Boehner but he has ENDED amnesty push for this year BY HIS OWN FORCE OF WILL. He has stated, repeatedly, that he will not bring it to the floor. Full stop. Period. Which means no BS bill gets to pass and then be conferenced, and then voted on and passed.
It took real guts to be the one guy who killed the biggest dream of the libtards, and that guy, the one guy is (unbelievably) Boehner.
My hat is off to him.
Thanks for the correction of my sloppy and incorrect use of language.
Yeah, we probably could impeach him but after Clinton I think my take away was if you can't get the conviction in the Senate, why bother? In the end the impeachment helped Clinton, and an unsuccessful impeachment of Obama would help him and the Dems, at a point when they are DOWN.
Better to evict them in 2014.
This could be different from Clinton because it’s on policy that affects millions of people, not on what many saw as his private affair that didn’t affect their lives. If the public wants Obama out then it’s a liability for Dems if the Dems don’t vote him out.
