House Speaker John Boehners declaration Wednesday morning that the House would not negotiate with the Senate on its comprehensive immigration reform bill drew some tough reaction from those who want to see the issue move forward.
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., led with a tweet directed at Boehners comments to young immigrants that its not easy, not going to be an easy path forward.
Pelosi begged to differ: Actually it is easy, @Speaker Boehner, she said. ....
Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez of New Jersey, one of the eight senators who crafted that chambers sweeping immigration bill passed in June, labeled Boehners comments the same kind of Republican obstructionism that led our government to shut down last month and insulting to every American who wants to see immigration reform.

The “reform advocates” need to stick to doing crack and leave this to the grownups. America is NOT THEIR COUNTRY TO GIVE AWAY. Menendez and Piglosi can both KMA on Main St. and I’ll give them 15 minutes to draw a crowd.
“would not negotiate”
Those words sound familiar ... Oh yeah, Obumgube, last month!
Get bent Nanzi.
Boehner threw a rock at a pack of mongrels. Pelosi yelped.
Oh those terrible Republicans. Its just not fair that they won’t do everything we want.
Menendez had a sex offender illegal volunteer for him.
Christie, Booker, Corzine and Menendez have the decapitated heads of 3 black teenagers on their hands.
I’m gald that Boehner said it. Let us see if he stands on what he says for once.
I am so sick of congress people who put Americans last. They care about illegal aliens far more then they care about the people who pay their wages. It’s just disgusting.
I can’t stand that sleazebag, Menendez. What a worthless piece of human debris.
No other nation in the world allows itself to be invaded by many millions of people and makes them citizens. Only a nation bent on suicide would do this.
Boehner should respond with:
“Thank you for sharing your observations with us, Minority Leader Pelosi.
ObamaCare shows us the damage that can be caused by large, poorly thought out, ‘comprehensive’ bills rushed through for political reasons, without time for appropriate evaluation, research and debate.
The concept of having to pass complex bills to find out what is in them has not worked out so well for the American people.
The best way to prevent costly, painful mistakes like that, and the one I will pusue as Speaker, will be to avoid large ‘comprehensive’ bills and deal with issues one step at a time, allowing sufficient time for members to actually read the bill, evaluate it and debate it on the merits.”
NOT THEIR COUNTRY TO GIVE AWAY.
SPOT ON! Excellent way to state this disgusting situation.
Bravo

Again...... spot on. You KNOW how Mexico handles this.

Well said, Iron Munro, well said.
I agree. Especially when you realize that they’ll come here, become “citizens”, get on all of the government handout programs and then go back to the sewer they crawled out of to live the Life of Riley with checks coming in every month courtesy of the U.S. taxpayers. This is Barry and the ‘RATS’ version of ImmigrationScam. It’s a disgrace.
“Reform advocates”.....the new term for “amnesty pimps.”
Current immigration laws are the law of the land. Obama needs to accept that.
Bingo! Just part of the master plan. Transformation right in front of your eyes.
Amnesty will mark the official end of the United States of America.
Obama’s reelection was the unofficial end.
