The part where deportations are supposed to occur. But that is already law. Hmmm, how do you fix that? Then there's the part about "securing the border" that was supposed to happen as part of the last "amnesty", and never did.

The part that is BROKEN is giving citizenship to anchor babies. My guess is that is a bigger draw than getting "JOB".
