WashTimes's Miller Slams Sexist Pro-ObamaCare Ads Depicting Young Women as Sluts
Newsbusters ^ | 11/12/13 | Ken Shepherd

[Obamacare ad] shows a 20-something woman named “Susie” holding a packet of birth control pills with an open-mouth, wide smile.

She is wearing a flesh-colored, low-cut, sleeveless top, tight skinny jeans and open-toed black heels. Susie is leaning against “Nate,” who is wearing an untucked shirt with the top four buttons undone to show his hairy chest.

He has a smirk on his face and one hand in the pocket of his jeans. “OMG, he’s hot!,” Susie is shown saying. “Let’s hope he’s as easy to get as this birth control. My health insurance covers the pill, which means all I have to worry about is getting him between the covers.”

According to these ads, sex isn't really special, just another bodily function between two feral animals....oh, and by the way, girls are sluts out trolling for partners.

I would boycott any magazine carrying this ad. Thing is, I probably wouldn't read them anyway.

“My health insurance covers the pill, which means all I have to worry about is getting him between the covers”

No wonder STD rates are through the roof; somebody should tell this skank that the pill doesn’t prevent them. I’m an old married man, but I couldn’t imagine dating today via conventional means. I assume the women I see in bars are the infected ones (and there are a LOT of them).

And how much is health insurance a month?

She thinks getting birth control pills are a bargain?

“No wonder STD rates are through the roof...”

Don’t worry, they have an asterisk explaining that the pill doesn’t protect against STDs.

They are serious minded people, you see.

Isn't this what we all want for our daughters?

This is about selling an idea, not a health plan, to the young toy-for-pigs. If she is in the same position as many of our young people today, she qualifies for free healthcare courtesy of the taxpayers; she’s going to need it as the herpes, chlamydia, etc. take their toll...

"...And how much is health insurance a month? She thinks getting birth control pills are a bargain?..."

Well, it isn't just THAT. You also have the smug liberal satisfaction of being able to pay more so that those people who didn't have health insurance before now do.

Don'tcha know...

The sex act “Susie” appears to be signaling in that picture doesn’t require birth control.

No wonder “Nate” has a smirk on his face ...

Just think FOLKS this is not a porno site, this is something being financed with your hard earned tax dollars!
Funding of a sham healthcare reform, you can keep your healthcare plan if you like your healthcare plan,if that was the case, then why did we need Obamacare in the first place?

And how much is health insurance a month?

Nothing, if it's Medicaid.

You’re right; that probably would be the extent of it. I can’t imagine how today, with so much sex ed information out there, these skanks (and the fools that patronize them) get these diseases. If the infection rates are as high as I’ve read, it is scary. I thank God for giving me sons, but they’ll go out into the same world...

Anyone who condones government funded birth control condones this.

There's a human nature factor. How many generations has it taken to get guys to use condoms? In spite of that STDs are a problem in the elderly community because pregnancy isn't an issue and boys will be boys.

Now birth control pills are being handed out like candy to young teens. Missed one?....that's okay. The morning after pill and abortion are free and available. Unless human nature has changed immensely, guys aren't going to use condoms if preganancy isn't an issue. Of course STDs will be out of control.

Us crones and codgers should own up. It was mostly fear of pregnancy that inspired staying out of the sack in our formative years.

Who is responsible for these ads exactly? HHS? Through which department are our dollars being funneled? Who owns the ad agency? Is this just more money laundering for the DNC?

If she’s on Medicaid I want her to get a free tubal ligation.

“I thank God for giving me sons, but they’ll go out into the same world...”

Well, tell them to be careful and avoid the skank-hos. There are still a lot of nice girls (and boys) out there.

Too bad our “elites” don’t see things that way.

I honestly think the next generation is going to be better than mine (the boomers) was. I think they’ve experienced the damage that comes from the never ending drama of “self-actualization”, etc. and they aren’t going to go through it again.

I hate to cite the Brit Royals to a gal called kearnyirish2 (my grandmother would smack me upside my head!) but I think of William and Kate compared to Charles & Di. Too soon to know for sure, of course, but I have hope.

A free procedure? There’s a doctor who would do such a thing free of charge?

Or are you implying government funding is free money?

Anyway, its a point in the case. People love to say, ‘sterilize these women’ but in so doing they’re just promoting the motion that sex is recreation and we end up with this ad
