Ha Ha Ha Ha! Sarah Palin’s appearance has always been an issue with the “Katy Couricites” because her physical appearance is “Extreme” - EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL! - They’re pea-green with envy! (They attack her on all fronts, except the one they really want to - her appearance.)
