OK Sarah:

There is one way, to cut back on the federal deficit.

Nobody in either party, seems willing to say or do, anything toward that goal.

I’m serious. Both parties are increasing the export of US jobs to China.

If you are serious about doing something to stop ringing up massive amounts of American debt.

Then there is one, and only one, solution:

BRING BACK AMERICAN JOBS.

Mrs. Palin had a five step plan to bring back jobs and investment to America. She outlined it 2 years ago. It was, actually received positively by the, I believe, New York Times and then you did not hear anything else about it.

You are 100 percent correct. Heck we just had all 3 branches of government not terribly long ago and they did nothing! Heck we had so many opportunities back then. First should have been to rid ourselves of the UN, but Bolton was part of the get along gang. Such a tragedy and huge missed opportunity.

I'm with you.

Cutting federal spending will increase unemployment and hurt the economy in the short run. We need jobs to offset the loss of government jobs.

Raising the import tariffs and bringing the jobs back to America, raises the income tax raised by government at the same time it reduces the outlays. And with the increase in jobs, it's possible to cut government spending even further without harming the economy.
