About ten years ago a Gay guy wandered in a neighborhood bar and was incredulous that I was not reception of his offer of oral sex. The bartender finally threw him out. What part of “get the bleep away from me” did he not understand.
Gee, could this be linked to the repeal of DADT...Just like those that opposed allowing gays in the military predicted?
But it’s got nothing to do with the integrating of the sexes, wussifying the forces to become softer, or opening the door to homosexuals.
The military release puff piece press releases regarding the repeal of DADT but they never release a word about the down side of it.
With “DON’T ASK, don’t tell”, gone some feel more confident in TELLING.
A 46% rise against their line of reasoning makes no sense. If this were the truth, the figure would likely be around 15% at tops. The first figure indicates the military is seriously amiss.
Its funny how the congresswoman is jumping to conclusions... a conditioned response. Someone should remind her of the first rule of making a case - don't ask questions unless you already know the answer.
Take a tough situation, add endless boredom perforated by moments of sheer terror, then add women and homosexuals.
What does that make? For some, a place where there is zero workplace sexual harassment.
For others? The US military.

So. They’ve always had double digit rapes, sexual assaults and other incidents in the military.
But now it OK to report them so here is that 46 % number.

Most sexual assaults in the military are male on male. That has been true for years. I have heard that the numbers have increased, mostly unreported, of course.
one word: LIBERALISM
How about les bean assaults on female personnel?
Sexual assault and “date rape” have been a problem in the military for years now. It would be telling to find out how much of this increase is due to increased reporting of such crimes or because same sex relationships are now ok. I tend to think both have had an effect.
