Kraut is just too damn late to the party. I’m sorry. But to include ANOTHER damn deadline (now Dec 1) and earnestly consider it as a benchmark, a milestone - something worthy of at least the barest sane consideration is ludicrous.
Come on Charles! This is you, this is that bow-tied geek, and the rest of those Sunday-Show [token] Conservatives.
Three years, Charles. Three years. Even on the day of unveiling, and for the next 30 days afterward we aren’t even treated to the official acknowledgement of only SIX - count that, it takes one hand and one finger Charles. And you are now saying “if it doesn’t work by Dec 1, then something is wrong?” Duh, dipsh!t.
You don’t reason with a two-year old with a poopy diaper and hopped up on sugar. You don’t consider his/her promises/screams as something really worth considering, and you don’t give them THREE YEARS, and another deadline, and ANOTHER deadline.
Unfortunately, the rest of you token Sunday Show conservatives are just that - tokens. Loyal Opposition, but not too, too vocal. They might take away your Sunday gigs. Step off Brother.
Every disaster has its moment of clarity. Physicist Richard Feynman dunks an O-ring into ice water and everyone understands instantly why the shuttle Challenger exploded.
This week, the Obamacare O-ring froze for all the world to see: Hundreds of thousands of cancellation letters went out to people who had been assured a dozen times by the president that If you like your health-care plan, youll be able to keep your health-care plan. Period.
The cancellations lay bare three pillars of Obamacare: (a) mendacity, (b) paternalism and (c) subterfuge.

Well put. The website issue is small potatoes compared to the law itself
Charles is on almost every evening and always is critical. The current clip was not made in a vacuum. It is just the current utterance in a long string.
FYI..... Brett Beir’s Special Report on Fox News beginning about 6:40
Man do I agree. It is amazing that the idea that 634 million and more can be spent over three years ... leading to a non-working “web-site” is unbefrickenlievable. I’m concerned when I go to commercial site to give my credit card no., yet this site wants way more info than that and so far appears to treat that data with no respect at all.
One of the president’s subtler promises was he would not sign legislation that did not live up to his promises. Yet when the dems pulled the carcass known as obamacare over the finish line with lies, bribes and subterfuge, he did not hesitate to sign it without the slightest idea whether it met any of his (now voided) promises. When not a single pub signed it and millions said this is not gonna work, he never took a second to think, do they possibly have a point? He didn’t even listen to people supporting him who said this will be a “train wreck”. I looked up “totally clueless” in the dictionary, Obama’s picture was there!
From an email:
Putting things in perspective.
March 21st 2010 to October 1 2013 is 3 years, 6 months, 10 days.
December 7, 1941 to May 8, 1945 is 3 years, 5 months, 1 day.
What this means is that in the time we were attacked at Pearl Harbor to the day Germany surrendered is not enough time for this federal government to build a working webpage. Mobilization of millions, building tens of thousands of tanks, planes, jeeps, subs, cruisers, destroyers, torpedoes, millions upon millions of guns, bombs, ammo, etc. Turning the tide in North Africa, Invading Italy, D-Day, Battle of the Bulge, Race to Berlin - all while we were also fighting the Japanese in the Pacific!!
And they can’t build a webpage
