Prepare yourselves for this. As this situation drags on for a few more years, we are going to start to bleed people around the edges. Some will conclude that the country has gone Socialist, it ain’t changing in their lifetimes, so may as well quit fighting it and sign-up and enjoy the benefits.
Don’t be shocked when this happens to someone you thought was a Conservative.

Sadly, I am almost there...
Events are proving to me that hard work and striving to be independent, like I have done all my life, is just for suckers.
I spent the rest of the evening thinking to myself (I had bought him a couple drinks), "so, I'm not just paying you to drink with me . . . I'm PAYING you to drink with me." And yes, I wasn't thinking too clearly, but I remember thinking, "why the hell shouldn't I do it, too?"
I have givin it plenty of thought
I doubt it will go as well as they intended. For socailism to work you have to have other people’s money and I hate to break it to him but he’s bleeding most American’s bank accounts dry. He’s just bankrupting his country and then will probably sail off into the sunset on a mega yacht on the way to Hawaii. That would be a good time for the Apocalypse to hit with a tsunami heading right towards his ship...: )
I’ve watched people I *thought* were conservative get consumed by the handoutblob over the past decade. Unsurprisingly they begin defending their position in the handout line and eventually end up ‘haters’ of anyone who would ask they go back to work. There’s always some excuse. Jobs are in the next town over and they don’t want to drive. They’re overqualified for the job in question or the hours don’t suit them. It’s always the same. Once they climb into the welfare hand out hammock it’s VERY difficult to get out. Even if you want to get out.
