Sarvis A Libertarian? Nope (Pinging all Virginians)
national review online ^ | 11/3/13 | Charles W. Cooke

In polite society at least, questioning the fundamental claims that people make about themselves is rather frowned upon. If a person says that he is a Catholic, then one is expected to believe that he is a Catholic, even if there is no evidence for this whatsoever. If a person says he is a conservative when he clearly agrees with not a single conservative position, we are likewise expected to smile and nod grimly. “No, you’re not!” is not a socially acceptable response to erroneous self-description, alas.

There is some virtue in this convention, I suppose, even if it is just that it helps to keep the peace. But there is an awful lot more virtue in the integrity of our political language and terminology. This is to say that if we lose the capacity to demand that words and actions remain linked, then we will lose our ability to discuss current affairs with any meaning. And that, I’m afraid, will be disastrous.

Ron Paul tried to get the word out yesterday…..said some powerful things. Hope it’s not too late.

the left pretends to be a tea party member, a republican, a conservative a liberaltarian to siphon off votes in the primaries and elections and if it works the real liberal comes public

There is a poll showing he’s now hurting McAuliffe more than he’s hurting Cooch. Perhaps the message of who this doper dude really is has resonated….

hope so as we cannot afford to lose VA for the 2016 election or even next years.
With a Clinton hack controlling VA then we might as well give VA to them now because their fraud will be something else

This guy shouldn’t be hurting *anybody* other than his contributors. He’s a complete fraud and transparently so.

Likewise, if you (generic you) would vote for a McAuliffe thinking “this is how we get Hillary in in ‘16” you’re a hard core drone who’s going to have to go through the pain of the next 3 years for there to be any hope at all of coming to your senses. A hopeless case, in other words. Completely stupid for any Virginian to vote for him and what he stands for, but we know these people are out there.

And you can bet your bottom buck that this is the reason the Clintons are interested in the McAuliffe race. (But then again, as I’ve said for months, Hillary will NOT be the nominee….it’s NEVER likely to work out for conventional wisdom like that.)

Sarvis is a libertarian, if people support abortion and the homosexual agenda, drugs, etc, then they should vote for him or the democrat.

If republicans want to not lose voters to libertarians, then they need to let people know what their positions are.
